Creating payloads for high altitude balloons (HAB), maintaining our telescopes, and satellite development is expensive and we need your help to continue to offer this invaluable service to students!

The Astrodynamics team has begun work for the spring! This semester there are a handful of small projects including observatory repairs and a radio telescope.

SPEX is back for the spring! There are 4 student projects: Rovers, IREC, HAB, and Astrodynamics as well as 2 MSD projects.

This fall, RIT SPEX has introduced the Rovers team. The team will be building a fully functional rover to demonstrate at Imagine RIT 2019 and plans to compete in the University Rover Challenge in the future.

Where U At Plants? (WUAP) is a high-altitude balloon payload used to gather aerial image data for future vegetation density analysis. WUAP flew on HAB4 on April 22nd, 2018.
